Liquor outlets will be reopened as usual from tomorrow (21) after the removal of travel restrictions, Excise Commissioner General M.J. Mr. Gunasiri said.
“But Restaurant & Bar type places where you can check in and drink alcohol will not be opened”, the Commissioner General of Excise also stated.
He said that even though the liquor stores are open, health regulations are strictly enforced in those places.
