The Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Aviation states that the period for calling for proposals from foreign investors for the sale of SriLankan Airlines has been extended for the 5th time.
The ministry said that the period has been extended until the 6th of next month.
Calling for interest from local and foreign investors for the sale of SriLankan Airlines was started last December.
After that, the period was extended on 4 occasions.
