Director General of Health Services, Specialist Dr. Asela Gunawardena says that all those over 20 years of age and hoping to travel abroad should get the fourth dose of Corona virus to avoid the risk of Corona virus.
He notes that there has been a gradual increase in the number of coronavirus cases over the past three weeks with new variants.
The Director General of Health mentioned that the risk of contracting the coronavirus is very low by receiving all four doses of the vaccine.
Accordingly, the fourth dose of vaccine can be obtained from all government hospitals and medical officer offices as well as designated vaccination centers, Director General of Health Services, Dr. Asela Gunawardena added.
