The strike implemented by the Alliance of Health Trade Unions at the provincial level will be held today (14) centered in Sabaragamuwa province.
Accordingly, today from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, they will leave the services for 4 hours and go on strike.
Meanwhile, the president of the Health Professionals Association, Mr. Ravi Kumudesh, said that the professional action implemented at the provincial level will be conducted nationwide from the 22nd.
He said that he planned to take that action due to the failure of the government to respond to health professionals’ demands.
