Everyone seems to be dragging their feet. In a crisis decisions shoul be taken fast and mind you this is for our country’s benefit… Typical Government thinking. If it was anything to do with the Private sector, a Prime Minister and cabinet will already be active… I appeal to the President of the Bar Association to give a time frame for decisions.
