SriLankan Airlines has launched a “buy one and get one free” special offer for Russians looking to travel to Sri Lanka this summer. This offer is valid until October 31, 2021.
This special offer allows Russian tourists to explore the many attractions in Sri Lanka after the relaxation of tourism regulations.
Russian tourists have the opportunity to choose Sri Lanka for their vacation with discounted air tickets and special offers from Sri Lankan travel partners.
Prasanna Ranatunga, Minister of Tourism Promotion and Aviation and Ashok Pathirage, Chairman of SriLankan Airlines made this announcement in Moscow with the aim of promoting Sri Lanka as an attractive tourist destination among Russian vacationers.
The decision was made after discussions between local tourism partners and industry leaders in Moscow.
SriLankan Airlines resumed direct flights to the Russian capital, Moscow, on July 31, six years later.
SriLankan Airlines currently flies from Sri Lanka to Moscow every Friday and plans to increase its frequency during the coming winter.
