Russian President Vladimir Putin says that although Russia has no intention of going to war with NATO countries, NATO has deliberately created problems. He said this in a special interview with Russian TV on the 17th.
The President said that there is no reason for Russia to go to war with NATO, and that it is not in Russia’s interest to go to war considering its geopolitical, economic or military interests.
Also, he said that Russia does not expect to damage existing relations with NATO, and hopes to further develop relations with those countries. However, Mr. Putin has further pointed out that NATO, which has made Russia a competitor, is deliberately creating problems.
