Mr. Kanchana Wijesekera, the Minister of Electricity and Energy, says that it has been decided to revise the fuel prices daily from next year automatically.
The Minister has said this in the discussion held with the Fuel Separators Association, Ceylon Petroleum Corporation.
There, they have been informed about the settlement of the ongoing lawsuits regarding the sales money of fuel separators, the construction of new filling stations, and the sale of lubricating oil.
Also, the minister has said that it has been decided to install automatic pumps and stock retrieval equipment for all filling stations.
