General Kamal Gunaratne (Retired), Secretary of the Ministry of Defense has made a special request to the former war heroes of this country.
It is related to the ongoing human trafficking of retired and ex-war heroes of this country as mercenaries to Russia’s illegal forces, putting their lives and the lives of all their families at serious risk.
