A Massive Insurance Scheme is proposed for workers engaged in sand mining in the Mahaweli River with GSMB Technical Services Company.
One million rupees will be provided in case of worker’s death. Rs.550,000 Insurance compensation for temporary and permanent disability. Scholarships for students pass Year 05 Scholarship and pass O/L and A/L until the end of their academic career.
