Former parliamentarian and actress Upeksha Swarnamali, who was arrested by the Katugastota Police in connection with a road accident, has been released on police bail.
Accordingly, she will not be produced before the court.
The motorcyclist who sustained minor injuries in the accident has been admitted to the hospital and she herself has informed the police. S8nce she has been arrested.
