266 former MPs receive a pension – Here is the list

The list of retired members of parliament who are receiving pension has been made public.

According to that document, the number of former MPs currently receiving pensions is 266.

The relevant list has been released as per a request made by MPs Madhura Withanage and Karunadasa Kodithuvakku.

The document was sought under the provisions of the Right to Information Act (RTA).
