American Minister of Commerce Mrs. Gina Raimondo said recently while addressing the media that she is expected to pay an official visit to China.
Officials of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce commented on this on the 8th and said that China has not yet received a notification about Minister Raimondo’s visit to China.
However, China is of the opinion that it is very important to hold dialogues between the commercial institutions of the two countries. The Chinese Ministry of Commerce also claims that their country is open to the minister’s visit to China.
The ministry officials also emphasize that China is committed to promoting practical cooperation by resolving issues of common concern to both sides through dialogue.
