Several of the country’s leading private commercial banks have announced that they will close all their branches for a week from today (07) for normal banking services.
They announce that this decision has been taken due to the existing travel restrictions in the country.
Commercial, Sampath, Seylan, DFCC, Nations Trust, Amana, Union are the banks that have announced that they will close their branch network throughout the week.
Hatton National Bank has announced that it will be closed only tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.
