Ceypetco and the IOC have increased fuel prices from 3 am today (24).
Accordingly, the price of 92 octane petrol has been increased by Rs. 82, making the new price Rs. 420 per liter. The new price of 95 octane petrol is Rs. 450 per liter and the price has been increased by Rs. 77 per liter.
The new price of a liter of auto diesel is Rs. 400. The price of a liter of auto diesel has increased by Rs. 111. The price of a liter of Super Diesel has been increased by Rs. 116, making the new price Rs. 445 per liter.
The Department of Government Information states that prices have been increased in accordance with the fuel price formula and the prevailing oil prices in the world market.
Accordingly, fuel prices are to be revised every two weeks or monthly.
