Water supply will be suspended for 14 hours from 5.00 pm today (27th) to many areas in Colombo.
The National Water Supply and Drainage Board announces that the water supply to Colombo 5 and 6, Dehiwala, Mount Lavinia, Moratuwa Municipal Council areas, Jayanthipura and Pelawatta areas will be suspended.
It is planned to suspend water supply to those areas for a period of 14 hours from 5.00 pm today to 7.00 am tomorrow.
The water supply is suspended due to an essential improvement work carried out by the energy conservation project to improve the water supply in Ambathale.
