Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has sent a letter to the Leader of the Opposition Sajith Premadasa.
Letter was send requesting support to form a non partisan government to rebuild the country out of its current crisis.
The Leader of the Opposition has also sent a letter in reply to the letter sent today.
In reply, the leader of the Opposition Sajith Premadasa stated that his party informed the president about their interests and those conditions are remained unchanged for this day.

There is no point in exchanging letters as it now looks like a selfish objective by the opposition & the other political parties. If really interested in the welfare of the country please come together as a team instead of tug of war. This has to be the objective to be achieved a common goal of Sri Lanka
