US Ambassador to Sri Lanka Julie Chung has called on Central Bank Governor Dr. Nandalal Weerasinghe.
The Ambassador also said that ways were being explored by the US to support local and multilateral efforts to revive the country’s economy.
The ambassador took to Twitter to comment on the meeting.
“The professionalism and independence of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka is essential for the economic recovery of Sri Lanka.” She added.
