The distribution of the first dose of Covid vaccine for the entire population of the country over 30 years of age is nearing completion and its percentage was 99% yesterday.
The total population of the country over the age of 30 is 11,496,906. The number of the first doses of Covid vaccine given as of yesterday afternoon was 11,409,475.
As of yesterday, 31% of those in that age group had been given both vaccines. That is, 3,529,515 people have been fully vaccinated.
As of yesterday, the total number of Covid vaccines received in the country was 19,650,034. They are AstraZeneca (Covishield), Sinopharm, Sputnik V, Pfizer and Moderna.
More vaccine stocks are yet to be received.
