Veteran singer, Mr. Chandra Kumara Kandanarachchi has passed away today (26).
He was 76 years old at the time of his death and passed away while receiving treatment at the Maharagama Cancer Hospital.
Many songs that pleased the hearts of fans such as ‘Age Sinahawa Thahanam’, ‘Pem Bandha Sith Bandha’, ‘Rama Sitha’, ‘Ganga Nadi Theeraye’, ‘Gama Mahanuwarayi’, and ‘Hithe Sathuta Jeewithaye’ were sung in his voice.
Registering ships under the Sri Lanka flag is not a new idea to bring dollars to Sri Lanka 🙄.
I first officially proposed this method to the UNP Government in 1977.
