The examination department informs the GCE O/L examination candidates to take measures in advance to face disasters like floods due to the rain situation in some places all over the country.
The GCE O/L examination held these days has been successfully conducted for 5 days so far. The exam will be held for another 4 days.
Examination Commissioner General Amith Jayasundara also said,
“The GCE O/L examination related to the year 2022 has been completed for 5 days now. It will be held in 4 more days from Monday to Thursday. The exam is being held very successfully. I request you all students to go to the exam center early. Because if students are late for more than half an hour late, then the exam law will be applied.
Therefore, children are requested to go to the examination center as early as possible. If there is any emergency situation, contact the disaster management center and get facilities for it.”
Examination Commissioner General Amith Jayasundara said that if the students have a problem regarding a disaster, they can call the Disaster Management Center by dialing 117.
