The Minister of Power and Energy Mr. Kanchana Wijesekera, said that the QR code system, which is currently implemented in providing fuel is expected to be abolished after three months.
The Minister mentions that with the improvement of the economic condition of the country, it is predicted that the fuel supply will be able to be provided sufficiently.
Accordingly, after another three months, the people will be able to get as much fuel as they want as before, the minister added.
