A married couple and their daughter have died at the Badulla General Hospital due to covid 19 infection.
The deceased have been identified as three residents of the ’13 kanuwa’ area on Bibila Road, Passara.
This was stated by the Senior Medical Officer of the Emergency Medical Unit of the Badulla General Hospital, Palitha Rajapaksa.
The 72-year-old mother and 22-year-old daughter died a few days ago and the 71-year-old father died today (15), Dr. Palitha Rajapaksa said.
