The report of the five-member committee appointed to investigate the recent incident at the Kandakadu Treatment and Rehabilitation Center is scheduled to be handed over to Justice Minister Wijedasa Rajapaksa tomorrow.

This committee is headed by a brigadier and consists of a colonel, two lieutenant colonels and a major.
The report of the committee is to be received by the Commissioner General of Rehabilitation today.
