After assuming duties as the new 24th Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage, he called on His Excellency the President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa at the President’s House this morning (02).
During the meeting, His Excellency the President congratulated the newly appointed Commander of the Army and exchanged views.
