The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (Ceypetco) has taken steps to halt fuel supply to four petrol stations in the Gampaha District.
The action was taken following allegations that the filling stations were acting contrary to the instructions and rules of the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation.
The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (Ceypetco) says that the supply of fuel to four filling stations at Makola South, Gampaha Nalla, Kelaniya Pethiyagoda and Mirigama has been halted.
The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation has stated that they will take further action to revoke the licenses of these filling stations.
