Former Speaker Karu Jayasuriya today (14) told NewsWave that he would support Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe if he takes steps to rebuild the country.
Karu Jayasuriya said this when asked by NewsWave whether your name had been nominated for the post of Prime Minister earlier.
“We want to rebuild the country at this time, so now there is a Prime Minister. We support whatever is good for the future of the country. I’m not hypocritical,” said Karu Jayasuriya.
