Ukraine and Russia have agreed to enter into negotiations.
According to Ukraine, the talks will be held at the border between Ukraine and Belarus.
It is reported that the representatives of the two countries are scheduled to meet tomorrow but the place and time of the meeting have not been officially announced.
Meanwhile, Ukraine says more than 4,000 Russian soldiers have been killed in the conflict.
