The usual Cabinet meeting is scheduled to be held this evening (09) under the patronage of President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa using online video conference.
Cabinet Ministers have already been instructed to join in this. Accordingly, this year’s Cabinet meeting will focus on a number of significant decisions.
It is hoped that further action on the current state of the COVID epidemic, teachers’ strikes and demands, and decisions on gas and milk powder shortages will be the focus here.
