The Liberty Plaza shopping complex in Kollupitiya has been closed, according to the Regional Medical Officer of Health (MOH).
That’s after identifying several people with COVID-19 infection.
Initially, several security guards were infected with the virus, and few other employees working in several stores were diagnosed with COVID-19 after PCR testings.
About 20 infected people have been found in Liberty Plaza.
The complex’s workers and their outlets will be closed and subjected to PCR tests until first-class associates are found.
