The Chief Incumbent of the Manelwatta Viharaya in Bollegala, Kelaniya, Ven. Bodagama Chandima Thera handed over a stock of medical and healthcare equipment worth Rs. 15 million to President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa this morning (25) to eradicate Covid.
The equipment was handed over to President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat office.
State Minister Channa Jayasumana, Chief Adviser to the President Lalith Weeratunga, Secretary to the Ministry of Health Major General Sanjeewa Munasinghe, President of the Government Medical Officers’ Association Dr. Anuruddha Padeniya and members of that Association were also present.
