It is reported that the Chief Incumbent prelate of the Malwathu Chapter Most Venerable Thibbatuwawe Sri Siddhartha Sumangala Thero has decided not to allow any politician to meet him.
That is until the political crisis in the country is resolved.
The chief incumbents of the three chapters had recently handed over a letter to the President, the Prime Minister and the leaders of political parties containing six proposals including the formation of an interim government to save the country from the crisis.
