Gas Shortage continues – Both Wegapitiya and Alagiyawanna are lying

Although it has been stated that there is no shortage of gas in the market since last Monday, it is revealed to NewsWave today (26) that there is still a shortage of gas in all parts of the country.

There was a hint that the gas shortage would end with Laugfs Gas being allowed to raise gas prices.

Mr. W. K. H. Wegapitiya stated that with the increase in the price, it is planned to supply Laugfs Gas to the whole country within a week.

Minister of State Lasantha Alagiyawanna addressing a media briefing during a visit to Litro and Laugfs on Sunday said that there was no shortage of gas since last Monday.

The shortage of Litro and Laugfs gas at the local level has not yet been fully resolved, despite the fact that essential services can be activated at a time when the country is locked up.

Despite the significant release of Litro Gas, Laugfs Gas, which has increased its price, is still a thorn in the side of the market.

It was reported to NewsWave that some Laugfs Gas customers had spent time and effort searching for gas at a higher price than the average gas cylinder.

Several consumers told Newswave that there was no point in talking about businessmen in a responsible manner, reminding them that it is not worthy of a responsible government or a minister in charge of the subject to give false claims while frying people without giving them a specific date.

Attempts to contact him through his mobile phone to inquire from the State Minister in this regard were unsuccessful.
