Police have launched an operation to find people in Colombo who have not received a single dose of Covid vaccine.
The police have launched the operation in collaboration with the community police committees. More than 5,000 people identified during the operation have been brought to the Sugathadasa Stadium since this morning and are being vaccinated, said Police Media Spokesman Senior DIG Attorney Ajith Rohana.
Health officials and officials of the Colombo Municipal Council are also assisting in this endeavor, said Ajith Rohana.
