Dr. Lakkumar Fernando, President of the Sri Lanka Association of Medical Specialists says that all large meetings in the country should be stopped immediately.
“The relaxation of travel restrictions should be reviewed. The maximum number that can be gathered at one time should be limited to 50-60. The Delta variety is likely to become a major risk factor in Sri Lanka in the coming months, ”said Dr. Lakkumar Fernando.
