In a bid to promote Sri Lanka as a top travel destination in India, SriLankan Airlines organized a familiarization trip for Indian journalists from leading mainstream print and news media.
The journalists will be touring the country from the 19th – 24th November and will get to experience cultural attractions and traditional sites, indigenous cuisine, exotic beaches, nature trails, shopping and night life in Colombo.
Aviareps India, the official PR agency for SriLankan Airlines that holds a great responsibility in organizing and coordinating the entire familiarization tour sourced Media personnel from Key metro cities such as Cochin, Chennai, Bangalore and Delhi.
The Familiarization tour was organized in collaboration with Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts, the hospitality and logistic partner of the Airline.
Sri Lanka’s national carrier constantly endeavors to grow inbound tourism into the country through PR activities.
