The Ministry of Education announced today that Monday (13) will be a school holiday for all Tamil schools.
It is on the occasion of Diwali festival which is next Sunday (12).
The Ministry has taken this decision considering the need of Tamil schools.
The Ministry has also announced that the schools will be held on November 18 (Saturday) to cover the syllabus.
