Nadun Chinthaka or Harak Kata, who was arrested in Dubai, has been staying in that country under the name of Herath Dissanayake Roshan Isanka.
It has been revealed that Harak Kata has been staying freely in Dubai using a foreign passport prepared with his face in the name of a deceased resident of Midigama.
This person was born in the year 1989 and was the holder of National Identity Card 8911514107V. The passport number prepared by Harak Kata using his photo is M 6692136.
It has been revealed that Harak Kata has traveled to many countries from Dubai using this foreign passport with the above number and he arrived in the Maldives last March. It was there that Harak Kata is revealed that he is appearing in the name of another person.
Sources from Dubai said that a law firm is also appearing to free Harak Kata who is currently in the custody of the Dubai Police.
