Energy Minister Gamini Lokuge says that it will take another 7 months to end the gas and fuel shortages in the market.
The Minister further stated that the government is not able to control the situation that has arisen in the world market.
He also said that the export trade and tourism industry should be developed to overcome the current crisis.
The Minister said that the government has already initiated a program for this purpose and added that the country will recover in another seven months.
