The Minister of Labor Nimal Siripala de Silva stated that steps will be taken to facilitate qthe an easy method when obtaining an amount of 30% from the fund for the members of the Employees Provident Fund.
The Minister said that members of the Provident Fund can get up to 30% of their Amount before building a house or other purpose before retiring, but there have been various complaints that obtaining it is a bit complicated.
Therefore, we hope to provide the necessary facilities to the members of the Employees Provident Fund to obtain 30% amount in a more convenient manner in the future, said Mr. Nimal Siripa de Silva.
