The body of a young girl who worked as a professional dancer in a popular dance troupe has been found in an apartment complex in the Maharagama area.
Her body was found in an apartment complex in the Maharagama Railway Mawatha area.
She has participated in music concerts all over the island as a dancer and also as a model posing for photographs.
The 26 year old girl is a resident of Kurunegala.
Police investigations into her death are ongoing.
