The Ministry of External Affairs states that four diplomatic representatives are scheduled to visit Sri Lanka within the next two weeks.
Accordingly, the Hungarian Foreign Minister is scheduled to arrive in Sri Lanka tomorrow.
The Foreign Minister of Great Britain, the Speaker of the Korean Parliament, and the Foreign Minister of Turkey are scheduled to visit Sri Lanka on the 18th and 19th of this month respectively.
These diplomats are visiting Sri Lanka at the invitation of President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa.
This is the first time that such a large number of Foreign Ministers have to visit Sri Lanka in a single month.
