A crucial discussion was held this afternoon on how to revise bus fares in relation to the increased fuel prices.
Several representatives of the bus unions were present at the discussion chaired by State Minister Dilum Amunugama.
Bus union representatives have called on the government to revise fares in the wake of recent fuel price hikes and bus spare parts prices.
Following the request, the first discussion was held last Wednesday.
