Former Minister Rishad Bathiudeen, who was arrested as a suspect in the Easter Sunday attack and remanded in the custody of the CID for more than three months, has been remanded till the 18th of this month by the Fort Magistrate Priyantha Liyanage.
Rishad Bathiudeen and his brother Riaz Bathiudeen were arrested by the CID on April 24 under the Prevention of Terrorism Act.
