06 students of Sabaragamuwa University were arrested yesterday by the officers of Samanalawewa Police in connection with an incident of harassing a group of freshmen.
According to a complaint received on line number 1997 on the 14th, the students were arrested.
06 students in the fourth year of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Language Education have been arrested.
The police say that these students are between the ages of 23 and 25 and are living in the Rukgahawila, Morawaka, Udugoda, Imaduwa, and Kithalawa areas.
