Steps are taken to submit the following regulations enacted under the provisions of the Import and Export (Control) Act for Parliament’s approval.
The proposal presented by the President as Minister of Economic Stabilization and National Policy was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers yesterday.
Thus, the Import and Export Control Regulations for Payment Methods No. 04 of 2023 published in the Special Gazette No. 2320/46 dated 02/22/2023 have been finalized.
Also, the Import and Export (Control) Regulations No. 05 of 2023 which have been published in the Special Gazette No. 2320/47 dated 22 02 2023 are also to be submitted to the Parliament.
