Calling for applications to appear for the General Certificate of Education (GCE) O/L Examination (2022) is open from today.
The examination department said that it will be conducted only through the online till the 28th.
Accordingly, Examination Commissioner General Amith Jayasundara says that all school applicants should submit their applications through their school’s principal, and private applicants personally according to the relevant instructions.
Applications should be submitted by reading the relevant instructions correctly which are given on official website of Department of Examination http://www.doenets.lk or http://www.onlineexams.gov.lk/eis and official mobile application Exams Sri Lanka.
The Commissioner General of Examinations said that he should take a printed copy of the application and keep it safe to present it in case of need.
The examination department further stated that the online entry will be closed after 12 midnight on the 28th and the deadline for accepting applications will not be extended for any reason.
