Police information revealed that patients coming to get treatment from the police hospital are facing a lot of difficulties due to lack of drugs and chemicals for chemical tests.
Due to the need to get certain medicines as well as to have the tests done outside, the patients who came to receive treatment from the police hospital are under a lot of pressure.
In this regard, an investigation by the police hospital revealed that there is currently a shortage of many medicines. However, the information also revealed that the hospital staff has taken steps to deal with the patients in a way that causes minimal inconvenience.
The information also stated that since the lack of chemicals for laboratory tests has not been properly resolved so far, the related tests have to be done in private hospital laboratories.
The police hospital information revealed that Rs. 6400 had to be paid for the medicines obtained from the herbal shop by the 12th and because of this the release of medicines to the police hospital was suspended on the 1st. The information further disclosed that due to taking steps to pay Rs. 200 million from that amount, some amount of medicine was received from the herbal shop.
