The Minister of Education Dinesh Gunawardena has requested the relevant authorities not to make any power cuts during the time period of the GCE Advanced Level Examination.
Accordingly, there will be no power outages during the GCE Advanced Level examination from February 07 to March 5, the Minister said.
He also said that the time for releasing results after the GCE Advanced Level examination will be halved and in addition, the time taken to process admissions to universities will also be halved.
Accordingly, students will be able to save about a year wasted due to corona, he said.
