Members of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya boycott Parliament and protest outside Parliament without participating in the budget debate.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Highways Johnston Fernando stated that SJB has avoided the debate because the previous minister of the Ministry of Housing Sajith Premadasa’s Expenditure Head will be taken up for debate today and all previous frauds committed by him will be exposed today.
He said this while participating in the debate today.
